I also wanted to say hello and immediately reach out with a first request.
Unfortunately, I don't have much experience with CAN on actual passenger vehicles yet, but I generally understand the basics of CAN .
For me, the question is which data I can access. I am interested in data such as accelerations, rotation rates, etc., as much as possible .
Please forgive my somewhat clumsy question, but so far, this is all more or less just a thought experiment.

It would also be interesting to know if there is a current vehicle or manufacturer for which as many of these IDs are already known.

Are there any other websites, links, or papers that explain how to do reverse engineering? I've been reading through the forum diligently, but maybe someone has a good tip they can share.
