Depreciation in 35B: Calculation & Meaning

My readings are between 140 and 250, but those values can't possibly be liters per kilometer or liters per hour.

It's a Volkswagen Golf V diesel manufactured in 2007 with an engine power of 66 kW.

Use only the lower 7 bits; bit 8 is an overflow indicator, meaning the value has exceeded its maximum limit at least once since the motor started.
