Lawicell CANusb

[Translating...]Maybe someone can help me.
I allready get an interface made by Lawicell and even I can communicate with interface, in any other software I can't receive any message from CAN, to be more specific, from any automotive CAN. First I try to connect with an Grundig R100 original radio comming from an Volkwagen Caddy 2005 model (who have CanL and CanH) but still no frame. I do connect terminators at both ends and I tested with different CAN speed. Second, I connect to an Volkswagen Caddy directly to the CAN confort line and still no response from CAN (when I open terminal, everything sims to be ok, I can interogate this interface and respond to version, etc.).
If anyone can point me in the right direction ... Thank you in advance!

Do you have connected CAN_H, CAN_L and GND (ground terminal) from vehicle can bus, on connector to interface LAWICEL?

Sample: Infotainment

...Now, connect from Radio or Navi, pin CAN_H, CAN_L and GND.

I'm using Lawicel CAN BUS, and it work successfully. Setting parameters:

1. Select CAN interface 'USB LWP3GJ5X'
2. Select speed can at 100 kbit/s
3. Uncheck 'Listen only'

Accept changes

4. Pulse on 'Connect' button.

And you will start to receive data from can, in this moment.
