The button signals from the BC are only transmitted on the Comfort-CAN.
Does AI potentially need to be encoded on telephones?
The IDs for the phone are likely to be 0x6C0/0x6C1, and correspondingly 0x6C4/0x6C5, but this is just a guess.

The fact that it's not on the IT system is already a bad sign... My A4 has a factory-installed hands-free system, and it doesn't work with that either...

"At my org." The test drive logs are for the RNS-E system, which is part number 6C0, and the phone system, which is part number 6C4.

It's actually not that simple, as there are different AI systems that are not compatible with each other.
The best way to understand it is to actually connect to the IT bus in your car and examine the process yourself.
