Hi,
for your information:
The CAN bus connection can also be found on the radio connector in the Fiat Stilo.
It's pin A1 (CAN B) and pin A3 (CAN A).
The plug looks like a standard power supply in the ISO format.
It's the bottommost plug.

And that's where pins 1 and 3 are located.

CAN signals are also present on ESPABS, specifically on pins 14 and 16 of the OBD connector.

Okay, it's done.
 My pen speaks to me.
There was still a small mistake there.
I assumed that CAN-B is the same as CAN-Low.
That is not the case.
CAN-A is CAN-Low and is located on the pink-white cable (contact A3).
CAN-B is CAN-High and is located on the pink-black cable (contact A1).
Both cables can be found directly at the radio connector.
Regards,
Peer.

And today, the next tests.
3c4 04 00 - source
3c4 80 00 - VOl+
3c4 40 00 - Vol-
3c4 10 00 - tune up
3c4 08 00 - tune down
3c4 20 00 - mute
281 00 00 00 00 xx xx xx 00 Speed/RPM
Dashboard display.
565 xx xx xx xx xx xx xx Front part of the advertisement.
545 xx xx xx xx xx xx rear part of the advertisement
Interestingly, you can't write directly on the display.
56 53 54 49 4C 4F 50 43 (STILOPC) generates 'IzF8H3*E' on the display.
545 45 04 17 01 03 01 generates 'SEEK' on the display.
It appears that only predefined datasets can be displayed.
More tests are coming...

Hello!
Finally, I've signed up here. The post is quite old, but somewhere, you have to start.
Okay, I also have a Fiat Stilo and I'm basically at the source (Fiat dealership). I want to teach my car PC where it's installed so that the two can 'talk' to each other. And as I've seen, there's another Stilo driver (C1500) here. I've also seen you in other forums.
I would like to 'connect' my CAN network to the car PC. What hardware do you use (AGV4000?), or what do you think of the AGV4000exp? I would like to purchase it because I have quite a few plans. Software-wise, I would also like to try out the manufacturer's diagnostic software, but I think I will need a good OBD interface for that. I would be very happy to exchange thoughts and experiences.
Best regards.

Hi Marcel,
I am using Fuchs' USB-CAN adapter.
This is connected to the internal CAN bus.
I have since stopped trying to use Examiner because the software is too closely tied to the specific hardware it's designed to work with.
I don't know anyone, in my humble opinion, who has managed to do it.
The AGV4000 is very interesting because it also allows you to read data from the OBD (On-Board Diagnostics) system.
(Error codes, etc.)
I'm currently not interested in CAN.
Someday I'll also tap into the OBD (On-Board Diagnostics) system.
Best regards, Peer.

Hello!
It may be a long time ago, but it continues. :-)
Unfortunately, it seems impossible to obtain Fuchs' USB-CAN adapter anywhere, so I'll probably have to switch to the more expensive AGV4000 version, or are there any alternatives? I've decided to only read data, as everything else seems like too much effort right now. I need the following data: RPM, speed, temperature, boost pressure, and a few other minor details (e.g., door open, etc.).
Who has CAN adapter offers?

I'm still looking for a CAN adapter (from Fuchs). Does anyone have one they can spare? :-)
Please report!

Why does it necessarily have to be the one from Fuchs?
Are there any differences?

That's exactly right. It's actually a bit too expensive for me, and the manufacturer of the device also claims that it won't work with my vehicle, which I don't believe. I didn't actually want to buy it just to try it out; I need to be sure that it will work with my Stilo. And the one from Fuchs definitely works, it also includes 'C1500'!
