CAN USB Adapter: Lawicell Solution

Maybe someone can help me.
I already have an interface made by Lawicell, and I can communicate with it. However, in other software, I cannot receive any messages from the CAN bus, specifically from any automotive CAN bus. First, I tried connecting with a genuine Grundig R100 radio originally from a Volkswagen Caddy 2005 model (which has CanL and CanH), but still no frames are received. I have connected terminators at both ends and tested with different CAN speeds. Second, I connected directly to the CAN comfort line of a Volkswagen Caddy, and still there is no response from the CAN bus (when I open the terminal, everything seems okay; I can interrogate the interface and get version information, etc.).
