Hi,
I created a trace of the engine CAN bus on my T4 gasoline engine with 85 kW.
The engine is a 2.5-liter 5-cylinder engine with the designation APL and the Simos 3.5 control system. The following systems are connected via CAN bus: engine control unit, mass airflow sensor, and post-catalytic converter oxygen sensor (which I only discovered today).
The speedometer and other control units (central locking, ABS, airbag, window/wiper system) are not connected to the CAN bus.
I was already able to determine the engine speed and engine temperature through the forum, as it seems to be quite similar to that of a Golf 4.
I am mainly interested in the consumption signal.
Okay, I'll throw out a few ideas:
1. Idle speed at standstill.

I asked T4 owners with a similar engine about their instantaneous fuel consumption during both trips. At 30 km/h, the fuel consumption is approximately 8.2 liters per 100 km, and at 60 km/h, it's around 8.9 liters per 100 km.
It would be a dream if I could be helped here.
Thank you very much!
