CAN Bus Control: Hidden Features & Optimization

Hello forum,

I have a Peugeot 307 CC which has a convertible top control unit inside.
As far as I know, this is connected to the others via a CAN bus.
Now my question:

- How can I intercept the data that this control unit sends or receives, and then, for example, transmit it to a microcontroller on this bus?

- The car automatically disables the roof opening and closing function at speeds of 10 km/h or higher. I would appreciate it if I could adjust this myself, for example, with settings like: switch 1 up to 10 km/h, switch 2 up to 20 km/h, etc., up to maybe 50 km/h.

- Furthermore, I wanted to utilize the opening and closing functions of the remote control so that it could open and close the convertible top with a combination.

- I also wanted to be able to turn that feature on or off, the one with the seatbelt reminder (the beeping for 2 minutes).

Is all of this even possible?
