Calculate bitrate from BTR0 and BTR1 for SJA1000

"Perhaps someone has experience with the SJA1000 (which I am not using) and can tell me how to calculate the bitrate on the CAN bus from the values of BTR0 and BTR1."

Based on my understanding of the SJA1000 documentation, BTR0/BTR1 is calculated as follows:
- ((BTR0 & 0x3f) + 1) * 0.5 yields the divisor factor for the clock.
- The lower and upper nibbles of BTR1 & 0x7f determine the total number of clock cycles that a sample period lasts, which is calculated as: 1 + lower nibble + upper nibble + 1 clock cycle of the clock divided by BTR0.
- The sampling point in relation to the period of the CAN bitrate is determined by the ratio of (1 + lower nibble) / (1 + lower nibble + upper nibble + 1).
