Software for reading data from tower cranes

Hello everyone,
I'm completely new here and also to the topic of CAN bus.
Here's what I'm dealing with:
I work for a large crane manufacturer and we are currently in the process of renovating our training rooms.
Our machines run on CAN, and we use PCAN-View software to visualize the signals. Is there a program or a way to assign IDs to individual movements?
For the initial lifting stage, IDs 320, 123, and 423 are responsible for loading and then packaging the items into a single unit.
"If so, how can I tell which ID corresponds to which movement?"

This forum is part of the can tool interface and KCANMonitor software. Does the manufacturer of the interface you are using not offer a decent support forum?

Okay, so I'll say this: using these technologies in construction cranes is still relatively new, and we're slowly trying to figure out how to apply them. I work directly for the manufacturer, but there isn't really any software yet that can accurately extract data from these systems. A colleague and I are currently trying to delve a little deeper into this area.
However, it's very difficult because many things happen at the same time when using a crane.
