Seat Ibiza 6j Facelift 2015 CAN/LIN Converter

Hello everyone,

I have a 2015 Ibiza 6J. Like the Seat Mii / VW UP / Skoda Citygo, it has a small navigation system integrated into the dashboard. The radio is installed directly below, in a standard configuration.

I would like to exchange this radio. The problem is that the radio is connected to the vehicle's CAN bus. The navigation system receives power and a LIN bus connection from the radio; therefore, it will not function if the radio is removed. Actually, I don't really care about the navigation system itself; I need the features that it provides, such as the parking distance control (PDC), water temperature display, etc.

Therefore, I need a CAN/LIN converter because I assume I can't simply send the CAN signal to the navigation system.

Is there perhaps anyone who has implemented something like this before? I'm not very familiar with bus technology, so please bear with me.
