Renault Laguna 2005: Specs & Review

I am a computer science student and this semester I have a project where we need to read vehicle data from the CAN bus of the OBD interface. Of course, before choosing the project, we checked if there was an OBD interface available, but we didn't pay attention to the CAN bus (which is normally connected to pins 6 and 14, or something like that).

We read online how to determine if the CAN bus is connected to pins 6 and 14 by measuring the resistance. The resistance should be 60 ohms for the CAN bus. However, I'm constantly getting fluctuating values between 0.7k and 1k, sometimes even down to 0 ohms.

My question is whether anyone knows if the CAN bus is connected to the OBD2 interface of a 2005 Laguna.

Oh, by the way, the OBD2 port is located under the ashtray, in case anyone's interested.

Yes, the CAN signal is located on pins 6 and 14 of the OBD2 connector.
