I don't know if it is still actual, but I have played with this stuf some time ago. I have to implement the control of Vector CAN Stress module into our mesurement system, sinceI was lazy to convert everything what was already done into CANoe CAPL. I did it within Borland C++ Builder via the COM objects ( not COM port for sure
). I spent few nights to learn how to do it, but at the end I have realized how simple it is. For sure I had consult it with Vector support guys, they are very obliging, but unfortunately the didn't have any usable example in C++. But now the job is done and I can share with you, if you still need it.
