Driver Installation Errors Fixed - Windows 7

Hello,

I am using Windows 7 Pro SP1 and I am having a problem installing the RKS+CAN driver. After connecting the RKS+CAN hardware to the USB port, a USB composite device and the RKS+CAN VCP driver are installed, but the installation of the RKS+CAN driver itself fails.
The RKS+CAN_ENG_310.exe installation package from the customer menu was executed before the hardware was connected for the first time. This also installed the USB drivers.

Is there a driver file available for manual installation?

naja, da ist nicht viel fehlzuschlagen, der WinUSB Treiber ist i.d. Regel auf jedem Win 7 Rechner schon da.

bitte sende einen Screenshot vom Gerätemanager, wo das Gerät ohne Treiber zu sehen ist und einen Screenshot von dem, was bei Dir fehlschlägt.

Was passiert, wenn Du das RKS+CAN am PC ansteckst und 1 min wartest? Evtl. hektisch herumgesteckt anstatt abzuwarten?

Based on the screenshots, you can see the sequence of events that occur after the hardware is connected to the USB port.
The system is generally always up-to-date with Windows updates, and an internet connection is also available.

I've tried reinstalling it several times already...

Thank you for the quick help. With the new installation package, everything is working now! I have installed it on both Win XP and Win 7, and I have also tested it with both operating systems on an EDC15. The tool works .
