Hello,
I would like to install an ARM board in a 2000 Bora/Golf IV, among other things, to expand the alarm system's functionality.
I have a CAN interface (SJA1000) available on the hardware side, but I haven't worked with it before.
The baud rate should be 100 kbit/sec!
Then there's the protocol...
On the driver side, I can still choose between the following options: raw, bcm, tp16, tp20, mcnet, isotp, and bap.
I suppose most people here work with RAW files, right?
What do I need from the vehicle to test this at my desk? Is a combination instrument sufficient?
I would like to have the following information about the vehicle:
* Status of each door/hood/trunk (open, closed).
* Status of door locks (locked, safe-locked, open).
* Window/mirror position
* Status information for the anti-theft system (it would be nice to know, for example, why it was triggered).
I would also like to control a few things.
* Door locks (locked, safe-locked, open)
* Power windows
* Mirror adjustment
Perhaps someone can already tell me what is possible and what is not.
Is there perhaps a list somewhere of the CAN IDs that have already been discovered? (There are already many threads here that discuss the ComfortCan...)
Thank you and best regards,
Benny.
