CAN Bus Car Radio: Frequency & RDS Support

I have a terrible car (a Nissan Primera P12 / 2002 with CVT and OEM radio/navigation). For example, the radio uses an N-Bus (I'd be happy if someone knew what that is and how to control it!). Therefore, I want to install a 'real' radio. It can either have a display or be a 'black box' type without a display, like my current OEM radio, BECAUSE I want to control it via CAN-Bus with a car PC. Of course, I would like to be able to set or read the frequency, in case it is adjusted directly on the radio (e.g., by my wife). Is this possible? Can frequency, RDS information, and other data be read from the radio via CAN-Bus? Which radio would you recommend for a car PC? It should primarily have good reception, as comfort features are not important to me.

Okay, as far as I know, there's only one specific model available (besides the standard factory models for Renault cars): the Sony CDX-GT30 RN. This model was also developed for Renault, and I believe it's no longer available.
