Simulate Audi RNS infotainment system

I'm currently trying to simulate the Mute/Volume Up/Volume Down (MuFu) buttons for my Audi RNS infotainment system, but I'm running into some problems.

I only know that I need to send the sequence "5c3 2 39 00" every 500 milliseconds.

The message "5C3 2 39 00" indicates that no key has been pressed.

To send a "Volume+" command, you would periodically send "5C3 2 39 00", then once send "5C3 2 39 06" (which represents "Volume+"), and immediately follow it with the periodic message "5C3 2 39 00" again.

Okay, I've almost figured everything out. Yes, the "39 0" sequence is being transmitted continuously. The "Mode" button (3A 1C) also needs to be held down continuously after pressing it (I'm sending it every 500ms). This keeps the phonebook in the FIS (Front Instrument System), and then you can press the up and down buttons until the "Mode released" ID appears.
I wouldn't have thought that the left MFL encoders would only allow you to select the next/previous track. It would be great if they could function like scrolling on the Rane, and then confirm the selection.
