Cruise Control Adapter VW Golf 5 R32

Hello,

"I have a Golf 4 with a Golf 5 R32 engine control unit (ECU). Since the GRA (Gear Range Actuator) in the Golf 5 is controlled by the steering column control module, which is not present in the Golf 4, my GRA is no longer working. Can anyone tell me what communication takes place between the steering column ECU and the transmission control module (TCM) for the GRA? Or, specifically, what messages does the TCM expect?"

"What's happening on the Comfort-CAN can be seen in the CAN matrix that's floating around here. However, I still have no idea how it communicates with the MSG. Unfortunately, I also don't have a vehicle to use for logging."
