Hello and a question right away...

Hallo liebe CAN Hacker.

Ich habe in den letzten Wochen erfolgreich auf einem programmierbaren CAN Gateway ein Programm für meinen Touareg geschrieben.
The program runs perfectly, but unfortunately, it's running on the aforementioned gateway.

Now, some 'Touareg enthusiasts' also want to run this program on their own systems, but they naturally don't want to have to buy a gateway for €1000 just for that, especially since the thing consumes a lot of power.

Therefore, I need a microcontroller board with 2 CAN ports that I can equip with my program.
Basically, all signals are passed 1:1 from Port A to Port B and vice versa... I manipulate only a few signals.

I've been reading around quite a bit and have looked at almost all the links... I haven't become any smarter in the process.
Are there 'blanks' for this purpose, which I can somehow equip with my program?
Everything I've seen so far involves soldering and tinkering... I don't feel like doing that... I'm better at using a keyboard than a soldering iron .

I would appreciate a detailed description (without cryptic abbreviations) and in return, I would be happy to offer the user a VW message catHello.g with 95% resolution (TP 1.6) and a 90% message catalog (TP 2.0).

Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any ready-made boards with 2 CAN channels.
My suggestion: AT90CAN128 development board.
Then, build an 'extension board' (which you can assemble using a breadboard or etch yourself) that includes a CAN controller (MCP2515) and a transceiver (MCP2551).
If you don't like the MCP 2515, you can also use the SJA1000.
You would need to control the controllers via standard port pins.

Price-wise, it should also be in a reasonable range.

So, you're proficient in embedded systems and just need the hardware?
And you don't have to do the soldering yourself.
